Call for Papers

ESGIOC 2027 invites researchers, engineers, academics and industry practitioners to submit original, high-quality papers on innovative technologies and solutions for energy storage, grid integration, operation control and system support for new-type power systems.

May 15–17, 2027Changsha, China

Six Technical Tracks

A complete technical chain from storage modeling and conversion to system operation, safety and engineering applications.

  • Storage Modeling, State Estimation & Grid Characteristics
  • Converters, Grid-Forming Control & Grid Integration
  • Power-System Stability & Coordinated Storage Control
  • Source–Grid–Load–Storage Planning & Energy Management
  • Safety, Reliability, Digital Twins & Intelligent O&M
  • Ancillary Services, Markets, Standards & Demonstration

Conference Audience

ESGIOC 2027 welcomes scholars from universities and research institutes, as well as technical professionals from grid companies, generation groups, storage stations and renewable energy enterprises.

PCS, BMS and EMS providers; planning, design, testing, certification and standardization organizations; and graduate students and early-career researchers are also encouraged to participate.

Peer Review Principles

Original, unpublished papers are invited. Each submission is evaluated by no fewer than two relevant experts.

  • Technical relevance to the conference scope
  • Innovation and scientific contribution
  • Completeness of the technical work
  • Academic integrity and publication ethics
